I think on the fourms main section where you can choose from all these diffrent topics there should be one that says In game trade.

Its where people on forums can say somethign is for sale. and if they get a price on one the meet up with someone in the game and trade

just like diffrent items its like a GE on forums

g.e. stands for grand exchange if no one new.
