Barrage can be cheap at a lot of times

Maby make like a time limit on barrage so people dont get pissed to much.

lol. i fcers too it bugs me.. just i think mele owns out of all. but a way to try to fix that is dont make the freeze time not to long make it like 10 seconds and if some one puts protect from magic they can move, but for ppl thinking that since they can move they can run. make a pk box like so they cant run lol.. all walled in
