Why should you become part of our staff team?

Being part of the staff team on any server with a good amount of players can be extremely tough. All of the complaining, and e-harassment, most people cannot handle it, but as a former mod on many other servers, I myself have learned to put up with it, and help the other players.

What are your staff experiences?
In counting i have this many staff on other servers (im seriously not lying, this is over the past 5 years of RSPS )
Jr Mod: 3 || Mod: 60-70 || Global Mod: 20-25 || Jr Admin: 0 || Admin: 40-50 || Co Owner: 10-15ish (never really counted this) || Owner of my own server: 4 times :[)

What can you do to help out our community?

1. There are many building blocks of a community, when you look at the forums community, there may be 1 or 2 people on at a time... One of my goals as a moderator would be to advance further into building up the forums community. The forums should be a tool for the players of the server, therefor they are able to get on the forums, and sell there item on here instead.

2. A second goal of mine as a moderator would be working on making comming into the game, a lot easier for newcomers. and helping them enjoy there first most troubling hours on the server, helping these players stay on the server.
