many progams let you rate somthing on you opinion e.g windows media player

Here now i have the ng (next generation )of viewing posts.
once you are done with a post you are to (if you want) give it a rating
this way more posts are more popular

guide : the thread-maker cannot rate it
the thread is open to all players
