ice bow for donaters

i got a idea for a bow name "ice bow" i had it on my old old server i played. it was good i dont remember the stats but when u use it. it ice barrages and hits at same time so it freezes the person or monster. could make it a donater item lol.

I dont really like the idea, because fcers could use it and pwn

sounds sweet if they dont abuse it in wild because it could be way over powerd think about it like a 30 with mage then 30 with range maby make it slow like d bow in real rs
