added on to shout. it now says your player rank with your name
ex.:[mod owl pure] (msg)
you catch my drift
lowered d whip stats so it doesnt hit constant 30's+
some technical things that jason changed around

added multi barrage.(didnt work and caused a big glitch)
removed multi barrage?
changed d claws to 500 pk points.

lol well thats good that you dont mess up but i think you should make a ::fally for skillers that want mining and smithing up lol bc i want 99 smith and 99 mining
