The ::shout issue.

Well, I was reading around forums, and noticed an abundant amount of threads pertaining to ::shout.

Alot of people(team 1) would like ::shout to be removed, and alot of people(team 2) also want ::Shout to remain how it is.

So, I believe I have come up with a solution.


Solution - Keep ::shout, But add limits to it.

Limits:
2 shouts per minute.
No conversations in buy/sell
No spamming at all
No cursing at all in ::shout


If we do this, everyones happy.

Team1 - Much less spam, and less exposure to vulgar language

Team 2 - Still get their ::yell to buy/sell.

i think it should say the same

well i really lied ::yell buy on a different server that a used to play it went from ::yell to ::shout and tbh i really didnt like it bc i was so used to ::yell. i think it should go to to ::yell or at least try a new one like ::message

he made it ::shout because i found a way to crash server using ::yell. I told arti and he made it ::shout so i think its ok. Maybe when you log on it should say ::shout to talk to everyone or something.

::shout is very usefull for players it needs to stay the same.
