when you apply for a staff spot DO NOT BE A NOOB AND SAY YOUR GOING TO BE ON FOR 8-10 HOURS. you can if you are actually going to go through with it. lots of people are saying there going to be on for that long and ive never seen them online, ever. and some people say that then dont even play for another week. BE TRUTHFUL. articipate isnt going to make u staff if u cant even go through with what u said. main thing, dont be a noob!!!!!!!

I agree with this. But it's not really necessary to put in general, just put these on the peoples staff applications.
