Fevers atempt for mod,(Aka Mod App )

Well for starters, I've only been on this server for a few days, And i'm enjoying it , But overall this server has no spams,Great client, And a low economy(Which is good, Cause the more people we get the more likely the spam)

As a mod(Or maybe not) I would like to increase the economy by "Recruiting" New members. As you can see, We have 1-7 players on more likely, If we could increase that by 2 making it 1-14 that would count as a big or small increase? Most mods on the server are very unactive, Except for Reserved and Noobified (Mostly cause I don't see anyone else ) but heres some things about meh and what I would do on the server as mentioned earlier.

-Can translate 3 languages
-Very nice
-Has history of being a mod
-Respectful
-Possibly has no chance of being mod due to like 100 mod apps

Yes..As you can see im aware of the large number of mod apps out there, Hopefully mine will be reviewed and read. Most people possibly wont read this but I hope I can be mod and make a change to the server.
