am i ip banned?

Ok well whenever i attempt to login it says "no response from server" and so on. Does this mean i'm ip banned? If I am can someone please tell me who iped me and why I was iped? Thank you.

i don't think so due to the server being offline all day.

No, Most server's litteraly do say that your account has been disabled if you really had gotten banned.
Probably server being offline or the null itself.

this is wrong ... i got iped by i zuriel i and mine said no response from server but i personaly beliv the server is just down
